Frequently Asked Questions
How Does It Work?
Choose a frequency for service, we will send you notifications when we are on our way. No one needs to be home and friendly dogs are welcome in the backyard. We will service your yard, double bag the waste and place in your bin or beside your gate if we do not have access to the trash. We will take a photo of your locked gate, sterilize our equipment and then off to the next appointment.
Do you provide year round service?
Yes, we provide service year-round—because your dog doesn’t take a break, and neither do we! Regular cleanups during the winter help prevent waste buildup and make spring thaw much easier to manage.
Can I request service on a specific day?
Yes, you’re welcome to request service on a specific day. While we do our best to accommodate preferences, our routes are optimized for efficiency—this helps us keep prices low for everyone. As a result, we may not always be able to guarantee a specific day.
What happens during severe weather?
We strive to complete services as scheduled, but sometimes Mother Nature has other plans. When weather conditions prevent us from working safely, we’ll notify you and do our best to reschedule your service as soon as possible.
Will a service window be provided?
Yes, we’ll notify you about an hour before your service. Occasionally, things run a bit behind—after all, doody calls! We also periodically update our routes to stay efficient, so timing may vary slightly from visit to visit.
Can my dogs be out during service?
Absolutely! We love dogs and look forward to making their acquaintance. However, if your dog is a little grumpy at having people in the yard, we will need them to stay inside for the safety of all parties.
Do I need to be home during service?
No. Our technicians will notify you as a courtesy when we are onsite and make sure we close the gate upon finishing.
